If you have thought of selling there really has been no better time. There is no reason to wait for the “spring” market. Current low inventory is driving bidding wars and decreased days on market. We’ll see if we can get increased inventory in the next few months but the uncertainties still surrounding COVID-19 are keeping some sellers from listing their homes. That means listing right now is an amazing opportunity for those of you ready to sell.
