These numbers show that the market is leveling off. Year to date almost 10% more listings, which have been much needed and are going under contract (in a little more time than last year). Flat appreciation levels as well. Interesting that the months supply of inventory is the same for September 2018 vs. September 2019. Even though new listings are up the inventory is getting absorbed.
