None of us have a crystal ball to foresee the future (wouldn’t that be nice!), but we are armed with data we can use to make predictions. For the last several years we’ve talked about low inventory, home price increases and a booming Colorado population. Now interest rates are on the rise. The Front Range is a fabulous place to invest in real estate. Just look at historical figures going back many years. You can see statistics here.
