Annual Market Statistics - City of Louisville Back to Statistics Main Page

Louisville has seen an average increase of 2.7% in single family median home prices over the last five years. Condos prices have been flat over that same time period. 2010 and 2007 were great years for Louisville with single family homes seeing increases above the average for Boulder County, but we did see slight decreases in 2011.

Louisville inventory was down in 2011, creating a bit of a Seller's market towards the end of the year. We'll have to see how much inventory comes on the market this Spring, but if it stays low I expect values to go up in 2012.
