Annual Market Statistics - City of Louisville

Louisville has seen an average increase of 3.4% in single family median home prices
over the last five years. Condos have increased an average of 3% each year over
that same time period. 2007 was a good year for Louisville with both single family
and condo prices seeing increases above the average for Boulder County, but we did see slight
decreases in 2008 and 2009.
